ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 07.08.2015 for the offence under Section 366(A) of I.P.C.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the order copy was produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate,it was not accepted stating that the offences under376 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 9 of Prohibition of Child Marriage Act are not included in the order copy and the surety was not accepted by the learned Judicial Magistrate and therefore, he is still in judicial custody.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that originally, the case was registered against the petitioner only for offence under Section 366(A) of I.P.C. and alteration of the charge was not informed to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. Considering the submission, the Office is directed to include the Sections.
