ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to file final report in Crime No.99 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police, after completing the investigation, has closed the complaint as mistake of fact and filed final report dated 13.10.2018. He would further submit that in this regard, RCS notice was not served to the petitioner.
3.Recording the said submission, the second respondent is directed to serve the RCS notice on the petitioner. On receiving the RCS notice, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition before the jurisdictional Court, if so advised.
