ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.306 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 392,397, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 26.06.2015, the accused robbed Rs.700/- from the de facto complainant with knife point.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that he was taken in to custody by the respondent police and he was in illegal detention by the police, for which the representation was given to the higher authorities and also his mother filed HCP.(MD).No. 938 of 2015, before this Court and thereafter, they remanded the petitioner to the judicial custody and subsequently, he has been falsely implicated in so many cases.

4. It is further submitted that the mother of the petitioner had also gave representation to the Sessions Judge for harassment by the respondent police.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he has been involved in 15 previous cases in similar nature, in various Police Stations and the investigation is at initial stage.

6. Considering the past conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
