ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 420 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant were running a joint leather business, at that time, the petitioner cheated and misappropriated more than Rs.41,70,000/- and not to repay the said amount. Hence, a case has been registered for the said offences. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that as of now, no case/no enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
