ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members and the property comprised in No.119/6B to an extent of 0.02.25 Hectares situated at Kothanalur Village, Kalkulam Taluk, Kanyakumari District, on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 07.01.2023.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has earlier filed a petition in W.P.(MD)No.342 of 2023 and this Court vide order, dated 06.01.2023 has issued directions to the Survey Department and also further observed that if required, the survey authorities was empowered to seek the aid of the jurisdictional police and the jurisdictional police are mandated to grant police protection. 2/5

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that as of now, the second respondent has not received any representation from the petitioner.

4.Recording the said submission, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the second respondent and on receiving the same, the second respondent is directed to consider it and pass orders in accordance with law.
