PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned notification issued by the 7th respondent herein in Dinamalar newspaper dated 29.11.2019 and the subsequent notification issued by the 7th respondent herein in Hindu newspaper dated 09.01.2020 quash the same and further, to direct the 1st respondent herein to appoint Special Officer for day-to-day administration of the 7th respondent College including fresh selection and appointment of 14 Assistant Professors and Principal post and consequently, to direct the respondents 4 and 5 herein to conduct detailed probe as regards the malpractices / collection of more than 5.6 crores as illegal gratification by the respondents 8 and 9 herein towards appointment of 14 Assistant Professors and Principal post even before the commencement of interview / selection process. 2/5
