[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the Petitioner's daughter/detenue namely Sundari, aged 32 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 1/3

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that the detenue and the third respondent have borrowed money from various persons and also pledged the jewels of third parties. When they were not able to return the money and the jewels, both of them are absconding and hiding themselves in order to escape from repaying the amount to the borrowers and third parties. When the learned Additional Public Prosecutor sought time to produce the detenue, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner requested this Court to close the Habeas Corpus Petition, by recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4.In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
