ORDER

This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 02.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22454 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been 1/3

complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22454 of 2024 on 02.01.2025, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the conditions for seventeen days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.22454 of 2024 on 02.01.2024 is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on every date of hearing without fail.
