ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 494(b), 323 and 325 IPC in connection with Non Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.22 of 2011, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.22 of 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 27.09.2012. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the next hearing date is 05.02.2019.

5. Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on next hearing date i.e, on 05.02.2019 and to file a recall warrant petition. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
