Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1003 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police within a stipulated time. ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the first respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1003 of 2020, dated 16.10.2020.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.1003 of 2020 is almost completed and prayed for one month time to file final report.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the first respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.1003 of 2020, within a period of one month https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
