ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 376 IPC in connection with Non Bailable Warrant issued in S.C.No.373 of 2018, on the file of the learned IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mahila Neethimandramm, Madurai District, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.373 of 2018 before the learned IX Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mahila Neethimandramm, Madurai District. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 13.12.2018.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the next hearing date is 05.02.2019.

5. Considering the undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear
before the trial Court on next hearing date i.e, on 05.02.2019 and to file a recall warrant petition.
