RESPONDENTS PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to direct the 1st respondent to appoint Mr.M.Ramprabakar (Enrollment No.472/1996) Practicing Advocate in the Court of Sivagangai District as Special Public Prosecutor for the trial in Spl.C.C.No.4/2010 pending before the special court for prevention of Atrocity Act, Sivagangai, Sivagangai district.

ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, 1989, Sivagangai vide the letter in D.No.230 of 22019 dated 11.02.2019 and upon hearing Mr.A.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, this Court made the following order:- By letter dated 13.02.2019 addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, 1898, Sivagangai, has requested further time to dispose of SPl.C.C.No.4 of 2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended for a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 13.08.2018.
