ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as A2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 52(A) and 68(A) of the Copy Right Act, 1957 in Crime No.493 of 2015 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the prosecution, the accused were found in possession of 120 CDs of new films without valid permission.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Further, the first accused in this case was arrested and released on bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having one case of similar in nature.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the state and also perused the entire materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakanur, and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for interrogation until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7.
