ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.10.2017.

2.Heard Mr.C.Ganeshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabhu Ramachandran learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner's wife and his in-laws have trespassed into the petitioner's house and taken away jewels and other articles worth about Rs.9,10,000/- and also kidnapped the petitioner's 12 years old daughter and his last son. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 21.10.2017, but sofar, no action has been taken.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that enquiry is still pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to enquire the complaint. If the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence then, he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

6.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
