This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent No.2 to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.07.2015 against the proposed accused namely, Velusamy S/o Perumal Gounder.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has come forward with this application for a direction directing the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 12.07.2014. He would further submit that the petitioner has given a representation before the Superintendent of Police directly and no acknowledgement card has been given.

4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondents have not received any petition. 5.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is disposed of.
