This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2021 in light of the order of this Court in W.P(MD).No.17642 of 2020.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 08.11.2021 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties and dispose of the same within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
