ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the fourth and fifth respondents.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the property measuring about 1 3/4 cents and he has put up construction in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
said land. But the respondents 4 and 5 gave a false complaint before the third respondent stating that the petitioner has encroached their land and based on that, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) has submitted that only the fifth respondent has lodged a complaint and after receipt of the said complaint the third respondent has conducted an enquiry and after enquiry, it was closed as dispute is civil in nature and hence, question of harassing the petitioner does not arise.
4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
