ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.02.2018.

2.Heard Mr.S.Madhavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabhu Ramachandran learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is aged about 74 years and he is having a land measuring about 7 cents in Survey No.78/4 at Sillamarathupatti Village. He has further submitted that the proposed accused persons trespassed into the petitioner's property with a view to grab the petitioner's property and abused him and also criminally intimidated him. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 03.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that after receipt of the complaint enquiry has been conducted and it was found that it is a civil dispute and hence, the said complaint has been closed on 21.02.2018.
