ORDER

The petitioner claims title to the property in Survey No.246A/2 at Vellapatti, Thogamalai Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District. The Patta was also stood in the name of the father of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner had constructed a small house. He had given an application seeking electricity connection on 31.07.2019. Since the electricity connection had not been given, the present Writ Petition is filed.

2.Heard Mr.R.Murugappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel who takes notice for the respondent.

3.The petitioner may file a fresh application to the respondent seeking electricity connection in proper procedure. If the application is filed, then the respondent is under obligation to process the same and if it is otherwise in order provide electricity connection to the petitioner's house. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

On receipt of such application, the respondent may process the same and if it is otherwise in order, provide electricity connection on or before 04.03.2022. 5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
