ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 06.07.2017.

2.Heard Mr.A.Jayaramachandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabhu Ramachandran learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's wife is working as a constable in M.Pudhupatti Police Station. When the petitioner went to see his wife, the third respondent herein has brutally attacked him and remanded him into custody in connection with a case in Crime No.338 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 353, 448, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act. He further submitted that at the time of remanding the petitioner, he has narrated the entire facts before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate and the same was recorded in the remand order itself. Hence, he has lodged a compliant before the second respondent on 06.07.2017, but, sofar, no action has been taken. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, the second respondent conducted the enquiry and closed the same on 01.12.2017.

5.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner byway of reply has submitted that the petitioner has not received any information with regard to the closure of his compliant. 6.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed inform the petitioner by RPAD with regard to the closure of his complaint within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
