This petition has been filed to issue summon to the Contemnor/respondent for her willful disobedience of the orders of this Court, passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.1049 of 2020, dated 23.01.2020.

2. Originally the matter was came up for hearing, on 17.06.2021, and on that date, submission was made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that already final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and whether it was taken on file or not, a report was called for.

3. Now, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, has taken cognizance of the offence in C.C.No.28 of 2021 and the same was posted to 23.07.2021.

4. This Court is of the considered view that since the order of this Court, passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.1049 of 2020, dated 23.01.2020, has been complied, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration.
