ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2, apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(i) I.P.C in Crime No.78 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners used filthy language against the de-facto complainant and attacked with the hands the de-facto complainant and on the basis of the complainant submitted by the de-facto complainant the present FIR was registered against the petitioners by the respondent police.
3. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have not committed any offence as mentioned in the F.I.R.
4. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the injured person has already been discharged from the hospital.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and also considering the fact that the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, with certain conditions.
6. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi, and each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
6.
