No.784 of 2010 on the file of the IV Additional Subordinate Judge ,Trichy. DECREE:- This Second Appeal coming on for hearing on this day, the upon perusing the grounds of Appeal, the judgments and decrees of the Lower Appellate court and the material papers in the Suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. C.Vetrian, Advocate for the Appellant and Ms. M.Parameswari for Mr.S.M.S.Johnny Basha, Advocate for for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.G.Suriyaananth Additional Government Pleader for 4th Respondent;and this Court while Dismissing 1/3

of this second Appeal this court doth order and decree as follows:-

(1) That the judgment and decree dated 11/06/2018 made in A.S. No.40 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Trichy confirming the judgment and decree dated 29/04/2015 made in O.S. No.784 of 2010 on the file of the IV Additional Subordinate Judge , Trichy be and hereby are confirmed and this second appeal is dismissed; and (2)That the fourth Respondent -District Collector Trichy be and is hereby directed to consider the claim of the appellant for compensation for the death of her minor daughter in the fire accident and forward the same to the Chief Minister's Special Cell ,so as to enable the appellant to get compensation from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund for the death of her minor daughter, within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

(3) That there be no costs in this Appeal.
