ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A3 in Crime No.283 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 342 and 307 of IPC and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioner along with other accused attacked the de facto complainant with aruval.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the co-accused had already arrested and released on bail, by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14441 of 2015 dated 29.07.2015. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that there is no previous against the petitioner and the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused had already released on bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai, and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Karur and report before the Karur Town Police Station twice a day daily at 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
