ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the second respondent to grant layout approval by issuing final orders on the petitioner's online application dated 02.05.2024 in furtherance of the approval granted by the first respondent on 06.09.2024.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, already technical approval has been granted by the first respondent on 06.09.2024 and when he had approached the second respondent, so far approval has not been granted. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that some objections have been raised by the 3rd parties and they are conducting an inquiry and the second respondent would pass orders.

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application submitted by the petitioner and pass orders within a period of 6(six) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
