ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Crime No.28 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 01.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 376 of IPC r/w. 511 and 506(i) of IPC, and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 30.06.2015 the accused attempted to rape the de facto complainant and also threatened her with dire consequences.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both the petitioner and de facto complainant are neighbours and there are civil dispute pending against between them and hence, he has been falsely implicated in this cse.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the de facto complainant is a widow, aged about 40 years and the accused attempted to rape her.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
