Though the petitioner sought for a Writ of Mandamus, in view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives for consideration, insofar as auction is concerned. W.P.(MD)No.1518 of 2021 particularly, in the light of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel that numerous opportunities have been given and the undertaking given as well as the conditional interim orders have been violated with impunity.
2. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. However, we make it clear that this order will not stand in the way of the petitioner approaching the respondents to seek redressal. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
