ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.12.2017.

2.Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabhu Ramachandran learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's family is having land in Survey No.723/1, 724/2 and 724/3 at Thootanoothu Village, Reddiapatti, Dindigul District. He further submitted that the proposed accused persons had trespassed into the petitioner's land and demanding money illegally and also criminally intimidated him and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 02.12.2017, before the respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the

respondent has submitted that after receipt of the complaint CSR.No.924 of 2017 has been issued and enquiry has been conducted, thereafter, it was closed, as the dispute is civil in nature.
