RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend the time mentioned in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16098 of 2020 dated 06/01/2021 to further period of two weeks to comply with the order passed in the above Anticipatory bail and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SAFAR BADHUSHA, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16098 of 2020, dated 06.01.2020.

CRL MP(MD) No.1403 of 2021 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court shall stand cancelled.
