RAJESHKANNA.S., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17698 of 2021 on 23.11.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels and considering the pandemic situation, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17698 of 2021 on 23.11.2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
