ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A4 in Crime No.152 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b), 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner abused the de facto complainant in filthy language and threatened him in dire consequences 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is studying ITI Course at Government Polytechnic College, Tuticorin. He further submitted that the co-accused had already arrested and released on bail, by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.14589 of 2015 dated 29.07.2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused had already released on bail, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
