ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A4 in Crime No.154 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,148 and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime NO.154 of 2015, and hence, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 15.07.2015, the petitioner along with other accused caused damage to the vehicle of the de facto complainant worth about Rs.25,000/-.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is studying ITI Course at Government Polytechnic College, Tuticorin. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the credit of Crime No.154 of 2015, without prejudice to their right in the criminal case. s
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner along with other accused caused damage to the vehicle belonged to the de facto complainant to the tune of Rs.25,000/-. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.154 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, within a period of two weeks and on receipt of the same the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
