ORDER
The petitioner had purchased the property at Survey No.383/3 measuring 20 cents at Thimarajapuram Village, Thoothukudi District by a sale deed dated 29.10.2009. Subsequently, the patta had also been mutated in the name of the petitioner. The petitioner had given an application, seeking survey and demarcation of the property. Necessary fees had also been paid.
2. Heard Mr.S.Ramasamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.JohnRajadurai, learned Government Advocate who had taken notice on behalf of the respondents.

An obligation is placed on the second respondent/ the Tahsildar along with the third respondent/the Taluk Surveyor to examine the application given by the petitioner, make a field visit, examine the documents of the petitioner and if satisfied, proceed further to do the necessary needful and therefore measuring the lands and demarcate the property of the petitioner aforementioned. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
