ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, in Crime No.112 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded in judicial custody from 16.07.2015 for the alleged offences under Section120(b), 147, 435 of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act and hence, seeks bail.
2. According to the prosecution, on 29.05.2015, the accused have set fire to the two wheeler belongs to the defacto complainant/the SubInspector of Police, Veeravanallur Police Station and caused damage of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only).
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed a private compliant against the respondent in the year 2012 and thereafter the petitioner has been implicated in seven cases and similarly placed accused 4 to 7 were granted bail by the Sessions Court in Cr.M.P.3951 of 2015 on 24.06.2015.
4.Per contra the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and he is involved in seven previous cases and the investigation is at initial stage. 5.However, considering the submissions and contentions made by both side, and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees two thousand five hundred only) under the head of Crime No.112 of 2015 of Veeravanallur Police Station and the said amount has to be kept in Crl.C.D. to be decided in trial with 2 sureties to a like sum to the satisfaction of District Munsif-Cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli, and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and appear before the Tallakulam Police Station, Madurai daily twice at 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m until further orders. sd/- 06/08/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
