(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA,J.) The Writ Petition has been directed against the E-Auction Sale Notice, dated 18.12.2021, issued by the respondent bank, fixing the date and time of sale as 27.01.2022, between 12.30 p.m. and 1.30 p.m.

W.P(MD)No.1651 of 2022 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
