ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2 in Crime No.228 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested on 27.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 323 and 307 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that about two days prior to the occurrence i.e., on 23.07.2015, the accused have made adverse comments against the girl belonging to the defacto complainant's relative and due to which on 25.07.2015, a wordy altercation arose between them and the accused attacked the defacto complainant with knife.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged in the above case and they have been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the injured has been discharged from the hospital. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their executing a personal bond each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and on further condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
