ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. side).

The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the case has been transferred from the file of the respondent police to the file of G.R.Puram Police Station, Trichirappalli and it has been reregistered as Crime No.07 of 2014 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 498-A and 506(ii) IPC r/w. Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act. He would further submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichirappalli on 20.03.2015 and not yet taken on file.

3.
