ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 and A2 in Crime No.328 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b),323,324, 506(i) of IPC r/w. Section 3(1)(r)(s) of Scheduled Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2014 and hence, seek bail.

2. The case of prosecution is that on 11.07.2015 at about 9.00 pm, the accused scolded the de facto complainant by Caste name and also attacked him with stick and threatened him with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that there is no previous against the petitioners and the injured person had already been discharged from the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
