Prayer in CMA(MD) No.SR43619 of 2014:- Memorandum of Grounds of Civil Miscellaneous Appeal , under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, against the fair and decreetal order dated 21.03.2014 and made in MCOP.No.2 of 2012 on the file of Motor Accident Claims (Sub Court), Devakottai.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This application is filed to condone the delay of 436 days in re-presenting the appeal.
