ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the fourth respondent has entered into an agreement to sell his house to the petitioner herein and also received Rs.60,000/- and pursuance of the said agreement the possession was given to the petitioner and the petitioner is in possession of the said house. Now the fourth respondent gave a complaint before the second respondent and based on that complaint the respondent Nos.2 and 3 are compelling the petitioner to vacate the premises. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) has submitted that the fourth respondent has not lodged any complaint against the petitioner herein and he has given a complaint against the petitioner's mother and after enquiry the said complaint was closed as dispute is civil in nature and hence, the question of harassing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner does not arise.
4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
