ORDER
The instant writ petition has been filed by an Assistant Secretary of the 3rd respondent Co-operative Credit Society challenging the order of promotion, promoting him as Secretary to the 3rd respondent Co-operative Credit Society.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was asked to appear for the promotion counselling, he had appeared and given his unwillingness for his promotion. Despite his unwillingness, the petitioner has been promoted as Secretary. Therefore, the present writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the promotion order. 2/4
3. The petitioner has given a representation dated 11.01.2025 to the 1st respondent, seeking to cancel the order of promotion. Considering the above said facts, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.01.2025 and proceed to cancel the order of promotion granted to the petitioner and pass orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
