To withdraw HMOP.No.44/2016 pending on the file of SubCourt, Ambasmuthiram, Tirunelveli District and transfer the same to Family Court at Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and the court made the following order:- This petition is ordered.
2. Paragraph No.7 of the order dated 19.10.2016, in Tr.C.M.P. (MD)No.379 of 2016, shall be read as follows: "7. In view of the above precedents and the facts and circumstances of the case, Tr.C.M.P.(MD)No.379 of 2016 is allowed and H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2016, pending before the file of the Subordinate Court, Ambasamuthiram, Thirunelveli, is ordered to be transferred to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District. No costs. Consequently, C.M.P. (MD)No.7439 of 2016 is closed."
