This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents police to investigate the case in Crime No.681 of 2015 and file a final report within a short period since the petitioner is about to complete the construction of lodging house.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to investigate the case in Crime No.681 of 2015 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
