ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents no.2 and 3, not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard Mr.S.R.Anbarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Prabhu Ramachandran learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 76 years and he has not committed any offence and that being so, the respondents 2 and 3 are harassing the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents has submitted that a case has been registered in Aathur Police station in Crime No.91 of 2011 for the offence punishable under Section 9(b) of The Explosives Act and 304-A IPC, against the petitioner herein and after investigation, a charge sheet was filed and based on that, the case was taken on file in C.C.No.143 of 2013 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur and in that case, summons was ordered. Only for serving summons, the petitioner was called, but, immediately the petitioner has approached this Court by saying that he was subjected to harassment.

5. A case has been filed against the petitioner herein in C.C.No.143 of 2013 and summons was also ordered. The respondents 2 and 3 tried to serve the summons to the petitioner, but, the petitioner has approached this Court, stating that he has been subjected to harassment and therefore, this Court does not find any merits in this case.
