PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to direct the 1st respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and is family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and Mr.A.Arul Jenifer, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the second respondent against the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 18.11.2016 in C.S.R.No.296 of 2016. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
