O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent police to take necessary action immediately on the complaint given by the petitioner which was registered in Crime No.540/2011 on the file of the respondent police and to file a final report before the concerned Court within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.540 of 2011 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC. However, the respondent has not shown any interest to investigate the matter and lay a final report. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the present petition for the relief as stated above.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and thereafter the same has been closed as 'mistake of fact' and RCs No.3 of 2012 has also been served on 31.01.2012.
