O R D E R

The petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 25.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that proposed accused persons have trespassed into the petitioner's land and destroyed so many trees worth about Rs.30,000/-. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 25.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken.

4.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register the case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
