ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 27.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 26.01.2018 at about 12.00 pm., the proposed accused came along with some henchmen and trespassed into the petitioner's house and abused the petitioner by using filthy language and also criminally intimidated her and also taken away coconut worth about Rs.45,000/- and hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 27.01.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that enquiry is still pending.

cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
