ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation to some other agency to conduct further enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner, dated 10.10.2022, on the file of the third respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.730 of 2022 came to be registered and the same is pending.

3.Recording the said submission, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
