O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.01.2018.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on 16.01.2018, at about 8.00 p.m, the proposed accused persons have trespassed into the petitioner's house armed with deadly weapons and assaulted the petitioner and his family members and caused grievous injury and hence, a complaint was lodged on 19.01.2018, but, sofar, no case was registered.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that enquiry is still pending.

is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then, he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.
